Job Summary
Serving as a thought leader and consultant, the remote Enterprise Strategic Program Management Advisor will oversee strategic programs and projects, ensuring the application of program management standards while driving business strategies and value delivery from ideation to execution.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day oversight of large-scale projects, facilitating problem-solving and escalating risks and issues as needed
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including defining goals, objectives, and requirements, while analyzing business operations for improvement opportunities
- Provide financial oversight and reporting on program progress, ensuring executive visibility to risks, roadblocks, and successes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 3 years of program or project management experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with senior leadership stakeholders in a client-facing consulting environment on large-scale transformations
- Proficiency in advising on financial analysis and valuation of business opportunities, including developing business cases
- Experience conducting ideation sessions and performing business transformation assessments to enable change management
- Strong executive presence and experience effectively communicating with various audiences using data-led narratives
