Strategic Program Management Director

Job Summary

To drive key initiatives across the Revenue Cycle organization, the remote Strategic Program Management Director will build and manage a strategic roadmap, lead high-impact programs from planning through implementation, and align resources, priorities, and performance outcomes with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with outside stakeholders or vendors to secure support for project goals
• Interfaces with senior leadership to communicate opportunities and maintain strong working relationships
• Develops strategic plans and infrastructure to align with defined business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Seven years of experience in strategic planning or program management
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into actionable plans
