Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Program Management Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute complex, cross-functional programs with a technology focus
• Lead technical program execution across multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies
• Develop executive-ready presentations and manage change activities for successful adoption of new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business, technical, or engineering field
• 7 years of experience in operations, engineering, or technology project/program management
• Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and programs
• Experience in change management methodologies and leading large-scale organizational changes
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
