Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute complex, cross-functional programs with a significant technology component
• Lead the development of technical delivery roadmaps and manage cross-team dependencies
• Drive change management and ensure alignment with digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or engineering field
• 7 years of experience in operations, engineering, or technology project/program management
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and programs
• Experience in supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology modernization programs
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
