Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Program Manager to lead large-scale transformational projects across the Global Customer Support organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional project portfolios
• Understand business priorities and industry trends to shape program strategy
• Integrate AI solutions into program processes for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 7+ years of project/program management, management consulting, or business operations experience
• PMP certification and/or advanced education in Project or Program Management is preferred
• Experience with B2B hardware and SaaS products
• Proven track record of delivering results that improve customer experience
