Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Program Manager for Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute large projects addressing top priorities for the Support organization
• Transition from strategy to execution by defining objectives, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring delivery against operational plans
• Facilitate alignment and resolve ambiguities across internal teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, consulting, or program management
• Experience in highly cross-functional settings, managing end-to-end execution of impactful projects
• Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering quantifiable business impact
• Robust critical thinking and analytical skills to derive insights from data
• Experience with tools for tracking and reporting progress, such as dashboards or project trackers
