Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading strategic internal initiatives, the full-time remote Strategic Program Manager will manage client relationships, oversee partner integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client-facing aspects of product launches, acting as the primary contact and project manager for design partners
• Oversee technical and operational aspects of partner integrations, ensuring timely project execution and support for internal teams
• Serve as a liaison between Customer Success and Product teams, equipping Customer Success with necessary resources for new product launches

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise project management with a focus on complex, cross-functional projects
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, and deployment best practices, with experience in designing and deploying integrated solutions
• Proven ability to create and deliver repeatable processes that drive improvements in KPIs such as time to launch and on-time delivery
• Detail-oriented with strong skills in maintaining comprehensive internal and external documentation
• Experience in developing and implementing new processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
