Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Strategic Program Manager will manage complex programs for leading enterprises and startups, ensuring timely product launches while maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate, building relationships to enhance customer experiences and loyalty
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery, proactively managing risks and changes throughout the program lifecycle
• Monitor and report on program milestones, making necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Expertise in manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, or Injection Molding
• Strong program management and risk management skills, with proficiency in standard program management tools
