Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for users and partners
- Design and launch beta tests, scaling successful ideas across the organization
- Translate business goals into actionable frameworks and roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy, consulting, or program management at a fast-scaling tech company
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional programs from idea through execution
- Strong presentation skills, capable of distilling complex ideas for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
- Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a bonus
