A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large scale strategic programs and associated change management
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for key strategic programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change across the organization

Qualifications:

• Experience leading enterprise software or SaaS programs at scale
• Ability to influence product management, engineering, design teams, and product marketing
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of OKR/KPI drivers
• Experience with product lifecycle and agile practices
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
