Strategic Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives in sales and marketing, the remote contractor Strategic Project Coordinator will partner with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, managing multiple projects, driving pipeline development, and optimizing workflows while ensuring timely execution of commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects focused on sales and marketing initiatives
• Support pipeline development efforts, including lead generation campaigns and outbound strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with hands-on exposure to campaigns and pipeline management
• English C1-C2 Advanced Proficiency required
• Strong experience using Apollo.io (Apollo AI) and Salesforce CRM
• Must have experience and skills in AI tools and technology
