Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own quality, throughput, and timeline performance for 1-2 strategic GenAI projects
Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients and translate requirements into operational plans
Lead cross-functional integration and navigate changes in workflows and guidelines

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years in complex program or project leadership
Experience in AI/ML data programs
Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
Strong quantitative fluency for performance analysis and decision-making
