Job Summary

Managing complex finance-specific data pipelines, the full-time Strategic Project Lead will oversee a team of domain experts to ensure data integrity and quality while communicating directly with top AI Lab clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end projects for top AI Lab clients, focusing on finance data pipelines
• Oversee teams of Human Data Managers and Leads, ensuring high standards in data quality and operational efficiency
• Provide executive-level insights on project performance and communicate directly with stakeholders on high-impact initiatives

Required qualifications

• Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale finance data projects or optimizing workflows
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, especially with senior finance domain experts
• Strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and executing solutions rapidly
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced startup environment
