Job Summary

Managing complex healthcare data pipelines, the full-time Strategic Project Lead, MD will oversee a team of medical experts to ensure data integrity and quality while serving as the primary point of contact for top AI Lab clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring client satisfaction with AI Lab services
• Oversee the design and execution of workflows for large-scale data pipelines, enhancing efficiency and scalability
• Provide executive-level insights on project performance and operational impact to senior management

Required qualifications

• MD is a strong plus
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale healthcare-focused data projects
• Background in data operations, engineering, or deep exposure to healthcare/medicine
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior experts
• Strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows
