Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to oversee project execution aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of University-wide projects, maintaining detailed project plans and tracking success metrics
• Champion the use of Asana for project planning and reporting, ensuring accurate updates and transparency
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and proactively identify project risks and resource gaps

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in project management across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project planning tools, with preference for experience in Asana
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with operational teams and understanding of best practices in higher education preferred
