Strategic Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Strategic Project Manager, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end client implementations, drive adoption across global accounts, and improve onboarding processes while acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for new clients and manage cross-functional projects for timely delivery
• Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding, guiding them through setup and training
• Initiate process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as implementation, consulting, or project management
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end client onboarding or implementation projects
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and align cross-functional teams
• Consultative approach to client partnership, with the ability to shape solutions and guide stakeholders
• Experience in identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes
