Strategic Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, the full-time Strategic Project Manager will manage multiple IT projects, including ERP system conversions and corporate integrations, while collaborating with executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that support the company's growth strategy
• Manage and track multiple IT projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Develop detailed project plans and facilitate regular status meetings to report on progress and project KPIs

Required qualifications:

• Degree in project management, information technologies, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager, with a preference for experience in the warehouse distribution industry
• Certification or experience with PERT project management methodology
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across various teams
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and project planning tools
