Key responsibilities

• Build and structure business cases and operational models for market expansion initiatives
• Lead market expansion and localization initiatives from planning to operational launch, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders while maintaining governance structures and execution tracking

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in strategic project management or cross-functional execution roles
• Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong ownership mentality and structured thinking to drive initiatives from concept to implementation
• Business and operational mindset with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with data and collaboration tools
