Job Summary

Partnering directly with the CEO, the full-time Strategic Projects Associate will manage key customer relationships, coordinate high-value projects, and oversee the work of thousands of experts on a remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of high-priority projects and ensure execution under demanding timelines
• Work with the CEO to drive important business decisions and optimize processes
• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and quality

• Background in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of managing complex projects
