Key Responsibilities

• Own high-impact customer pipelines, making decisions that affect data quality, operational efficiency, revenue, and margins
• Design data taxonomy to enhance model performance based on customer requirements and build pipeline infrastructure for quality and efficiency
• Manage global teams, build analytics for data-driven decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive advancements in large language models

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in engineering or computer science
• 2+ years of experience in team leadership, product development, or operational processes
• Experience with data analytics using SQL or Python
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and executing solutions
• Experience in addressing operational challenges is a plus
