Job Summary

Collaborating with senior leadership, the full-time Strategic Projects Manager will advance strategic initiatives, prepare executive-level materials, and lead cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence within the U.S. subsidiary of a global renewable energy leader.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the organization
• Prepare executive presentations and business analyses for senior leadership
• Lead post-merger integration initiatives to enhance collaboration and operational alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or process improvement
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development
• Professional experience in the U.S. with familiarity in working with Israeli organizations
