A company is looking for a Treatment Plant - East Region - Manager of Strategic Pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early supply chain engagement efforts and manage a sales team to achieve sales and margin growth goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure profitable business opportunities
• Plan and execute National Conference initiatives and develop new market strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Waterworks Distribution
• 10+ years of experience in market development
• Experience in training and building teams
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of strategic coordination and collaboration in business development
