Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time Strategic Relationship Manager will expand MSI's presence in the multifamily market, manage partner relationships, and deliver a premium advisory experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new distribution partners in the multifamily ecosystem, leading end-to-end sales cycles
- Manage and grow existing strategic partnerships, driving revenue expansion through cross-selling and adoption strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support marketing efforts for new initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the insurance or multifamily sector
- Strong ability to build executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Experience in developing tailored value propositions and managing sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with product, underwriting, and operational processes in the insurance industry
