Job Summary
To enhance revenue growth and profitability, the remote Strategic Revenue Manager will analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and collaborate with commercial teams to implement corrective actions while driving accountability across functions.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Plan-Fact review cycle and identify revenue, margin, and profitability deviations
- Engage with Cluster Managers and Regional Directors to understand performance context and build corrective action plans
- Establish scalable governance processes for revenue and margin management while supporting budgeting and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Fluent in English
- 3-6+ years of experience in roles with commercial exposure and analytical rigor
- Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders and influencing business decisions
- Background in Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or Strategy & Operations with P&L exposure
- Strong understanding of profitability metrics and advanced Excel skills
