Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex enterprise deals from late-stage pipeline through close
- Draft client-ready communications and represent the organization in client calls
- Maintain CRM accuracy and assist with contract routing and internal approvals
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or project management
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Exposure to contract workflows and pricing approvals
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
