Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Assistant / Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex enterprise deals from late-stage pipeline through close
  • Draft client-ready communications and represent the organization in client calls
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and assist with contract routing and internal approvals
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in sales operations, consulting, or project management
  • Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Exposure to contract workflows and pricing approvals
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
