Job Summary
To support pipeline growth, the full-time Strategic Sales Development Representative will triage inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach to strategic prospects, and collaborate with marketing to develop an inbound playbook, all while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead triage and conduct outbound outreach to high-value prospects
- Collaborate with marketing to create and refine the inbound sales playbook
- Utilize AI tools for account research, personalized outreach, and prioritizing sales activities
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in pipeline generation or a similar process-driven role
- Experience thriving in early-stage or ambiguous environments
- Comfort with complex, consultative sales cycles
- Strong motivation and accountability for building processes and achieving goals
- Ability to prioritize effectively and act with urgency to drive results
