Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Strategic).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and achieve the annual recurring revenue (ARR) quota for the Strategic sales team
  • Manage a team of 4-5 Account Executives focused on large insurance organizations
  • Support complex strategic deals through collaboration and coaching on sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership and people management experience in B2B sales
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience selling high six and seven figure opportunities
  • Sales experience with Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts, preferably in financial services or insurance
  • Experience using Salesforce and coaching to the MEDDIC sales methodology
