Job Summary

Driving growth across North America, the full-time Strategic Sales Director will identify, develop, and close complex enterprise and public sector opportunities while managing strategic accounts and establishing executive-level relationships in the fleet electrification sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account-based growth strategies across North America
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Act as the executive relationship owner for key strategic accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic enterprise sales, business development, or account leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success closing multi-stakeholder opportunities with significant contract values
  • Deep experience within fleet electrification, zero-emission transportation, or related sectors
  • Established industry relationships across target markets
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes and government purchasing cycles
