Job Summary

As a full-time remote Strategic Sales Director, the successful candidate will manage competitive intelligence, track market signals, and build narratives that drive sales strategy and outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and maintain competitive intelligence profiles on competitors, pricing structures, and retention tactics
  • Monitor market and regulatory signals to identify opportunities for sales displacement
  • Develop competitive narratives and enablement tools to support sales efforts and improve messaging
Required qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or sales strategy, preferably in mailing, shipping, or logistics
  • Proven ability to build competitive intelligence infrastructure and monitoring systems
  • Strong understanding of buyer psychology and decision drivers
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and competitive intelligence platforms
  • Advanced education such as an MBA or a related degree in business, marketing, or strategy
