Job Summary
Driving growth in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Strategic Sales Director will formulate and execute scalable sales strategies for Agentforce Operations, focusing on selling AI-driven products that enhance operational workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prospecting, pipeline generation, and revenue attainment for the Agentforce Operations product suite
- Navigating medium to long sales cycles for strategic, high-value AI transformation deals
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment models for early adopters and expansion customers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience, ideally in SaaS or AI-related fields
- Deep industry expertise in sectors such as Automobile, Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Consumer Goods, or Technology
- Proven experience in solution selling and demonstrating AI/automation ROI to multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies and enterprise operational workflows
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
