Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account penetration efforts
- Manage direct sales, inside sales, and sales engineering teams
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and sales management experience in an Enterprise Software vendor
- Proven track record in scaling and leading a field organization in a high growth environment
- Experience selling large, complex enterprise software products to C-suite executives
- Demonstrated ability to execute on a multi-tier sales model
- Strong understanding of solution selling processes and sales strategy
