Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, and account penetration efforts
  • Manage direct sales, inside sales, and sales engineering teams
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales and sales management experience in an Enterprise Software vendor
  • Proven track record in scaling and leading a field organization in a high growth environment
  • Experience selling large, complex enterprise software products to C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on a multi-tier sales model
  • Strong understanding of solution selling processes and sales strategy
