Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager, Agent Software and Advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Strategic Advisors to achieve revenue and retention goals
  • Own and refine the Strategic sales motion, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through effective coaching, sales execution, and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role with a proven track record
  • Experience managing a mid-market book of business with a strong understanding of sales cycles
  • Proven success in coaching sales teams and driving quota attainment
  • Expertise in sales methodologies and strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM management
  • Experience in real estate, SaaS, digital advertising, or marketplace sales is a plus
