Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager, Agent Software and Advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Strategic Advisors to achieve revenue and retention goals
- Own and refine the Strategic sales motion, ensuring alignment with broader sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth through effective coaching, sales execution, and performance management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role with a proven track record
- Experience managing a mid-market book of business with a strong understanding of sales cycles
- Proven success in coaching sales teams and driving quota attainment
- Expertise in sales methodologies and strong understanding of sales metrics and CRM management
- Experience in real estate, SaaS, digital advertising, or marketplace sales is a plus
