Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of sellers focused on transforming industrial manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage an Account Executive team to exceed revenue targets
  • Create a collaborative culture that motivates the team to achieve results
  • Develop strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in selling innovation/new technology to VP and above buyers
  • Minimum of 5 years managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams
  • Experience in SaaS companies with $5m to $50m ARR and complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of technology sales and team selling methodologies
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and internal teams
