Job Summary
Leading a team of high-performing Strategic sellers, the full-time RVP, Strategic Sales will drive growth and exceed revenue targets for Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organizations while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Grow, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales operations and monitor market feedback for strategic adjustments
Required qualifications
- 10 years of experience in technology sales with a focus on innovation and change management
- A minimum of 5 years managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams
- Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with VP and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in SaaS companies with annual revenues between $5m and $50m
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on solving customer pain points
