Job Summary

Leading a team of high-performing Strategic sellers, the full-time RVP, Strategic Sales will drive growth and exceed revenue targets for Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing organizations while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales operations and monitor market feedback for strategic adjustments
Required qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in technology sales with a focus on innovation and change management
  • A minimum of 5 years managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams
  • Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles with VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS companies with annual revenues between $5m and $50m
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on solving customer pain points
