Job Summary

A company is looking for a RVP, Strategic to lead and grow a team of Strategic sellers in the industrial manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow, develop, manage, and coach an Account Executive team to exceed revenue targets
  • Create a results-driven and collaborative culture to motivate the team
  • Develop strategies for penetrating new accounts and expanding existing ones
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in selling innovation/new technology to VP and above buyers
  • Minimum of 5 years managing high-performing Strategic Sales teams
  • Experience in SaaS companies with ARR between $5m and $50m
  • Deep understanding of technology sales and complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers
