Strategic Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Services Associate - Revenue and Document Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and process improvement initiatives within the Revenue and Document Integrity division
• Serve as an expert resource for performance improvement and compliance, analyzing data to identify trends and enhance operational performance
• Utilize Epic reporting tools for performance improvement and revenue capture, creating professional reports and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required; Master's degree and Epic certification/proficiency are highly desired
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance/process improvement roles
• Coding certification is a plus; Epic revenue cycle certification/proficiency and PMP certification are desired
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
• Experience with Epic reporting systems and healthcare data analysis is preferred
