Strategic Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Services Associate - PB Coding to oversee projects and process improvement initiatives within the PB Coding division.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as principal project manager for PB Coding division initiatives, including organizing meetings and developing project plans
• Act as an expert resource on performance improvement, analyzing data to identify trends and implementing strategies for enhancing performance
• Utilize Epic reporting tools to identify opportunities for improved performance and revenue capture, creating professional reports as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field; Master's degree and Epic certification/proficiency preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance/process improvement and experience leading work teams
• Coding Certification is a plus; Epic revenue cycle certification/proficiency and PMP certification are desired
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Experience with Epic reporting systems and ability to analyze healthcare data is required
