Strategic Services Associate

Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time Strategic Services Associate will manage pre-service verification processes, including insurance eligibility and prior authorization, while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to enhance performance and reduce denials through performance improvement techniques
• Maintain liaison with service lines and other revenue cycle departments to educate on pre-service verification processes
• Serve as a project manager for interdisciplinary teams, ensuring adequate training and documentation on new processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years focused on performance/process improvement
• Experience leading work teams
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations
• Computer literacy and ability to analyze data for improvement opportunities
