Strategic Services Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the management team, the full-time remote Strategic Services Associate will focus on pre-service verification processes, including patient insurance eligibility and prior authorization, while driving performance improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and reduce denials through performance improvement techniques
• Collaborate with service lines and clinics to educate on pre-service verification processes and resolve workflow issues
• Serve as a project manager for interdisciplinary teams, ensuring adequate training and documentation on new processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance/process improvement with leadership responsibilities
• Ability to analyze data and processes for improvement opportunities
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
