Strategic Services Consultant

Job Summary

To support the Sales & Customer Experience team, the full-time remote Strategic Services Consultant (Implementations) will lead tailored software implementation projects, guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, and ensure a seamless transition to post-implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through a structured implementation lifecycle, including design, setup, training, and validation
• Configure platform settings based on customer requirements and support technical implementation projects
• Deliver interactive product training to enhance customer adoption and operationalize implementation services

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or project management in SaaS
• Experience in training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms
• Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social networks and social media strategy for large organizations
