Strategic Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Manager, Platform Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-priority, complex projects across clients to solve unique challenges related to account retention, expansion, and performance
• Interface with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, align priorities, and drive execution of project timelines and deliverables
• Assist in translating ambiguous challenges into structured problem statements and action plans, while driving client usage of platform features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Four (4) years' experience in building client relationships and tracking towards revenue targets
• Proven experience in programmatic strategy and hands-on experience with programmatic tools
• Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous environments
