Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist I to join their procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support contract negotiations, collaborating with business, procurement management, and legal
• Develop and execute Requests for Information and Proposals to understand market dynamics and supplier positions
• Connect with internal customers to identify business needs and develop project scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in project management or negotiations
• Healthcare or government procurement experience preferred
• Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, and vendor onboarding
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
