Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic vendor selection in the banking industry, the temporary Strategic Sourcing Analyst will work remotely for 3 to 6 months, managing the sourcing process, negotiating contracts, and guiding project teams to ensure effective vendor engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) based on business needs
• Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Guide project teams through the Strategic Sourcing process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in strategic sourcing and vendor selection
• Proven negotiation skills and contract expertise
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Third-Party Risk Management processes
