Strategic Sourcing Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote contract Strategic Sourcing Analyst I will manage vendor sourcing initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimal vendor engagement and compliance with organizational standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to source qualified vendors and lead strategic sourcing initiatives from planning through contract execution
• Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), conduct vendor evaluations, and facilitate contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
• Research procurement trends and analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support Third-Party Risk Management activities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Procurement, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
• Experience with vendor evaluations and contract negotiations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
