Strategic Sourcing Associate Director

Job Summary

Driving strategic sourcing excellence, the full-time remote Strategic Sourcing Associate Director will oversee the Contract Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with financial targets and regulatory compliance while fostering supplier partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the Contract Manufacturing Strategic Sourcing team, providing direction and mentorship to achieve business goals
• Drive continuous improvement through sourcing initiatives, identifying opportunities for savings and implementing strategic outcomes
• Monitor and report on Strategic Sourcing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 3 years, Master's degree with 7 years, Bachelor's degree with 9 years, Associate's degree with 12 years, or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations in a regulated industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams
• In-depth knowledge of Strategic Sourcing best practices across the Contract Manufacturing category
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GLP, GMP, ISO, OSHA)
• Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance
