Job Summary

A company is looking for a PDS Strategic Sourcing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Project Delivery Services procurement program, including creating standardized processes and governance frameworks
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring early procurement involvement in project planning and providing commercial guidance
• Independently manage complex RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, developing sourcing strategies and leading supplier selection processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience related to facilities services
• Proven people management experience
• Experience leading large-scale RFx processes independently
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
• Proficient in MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
