Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize costs across the client's project portfolio
• Lead team efforts, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze supplier proposals and market trends to inform sourcing strategies and enhance productivity

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline; CPM certification and MBA are a plus
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories related to construction
• Proven track record in project management within the construction management industry
• Experience leading teams and influencing across organizations
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
