Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Support strategic sourcing and vendor engagement, documenting business requirements and driving the contracting process
Manage IT vendor contracts, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms to achieve best value
Oversee third-party contract management, renewals, and compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably business administration
5-7 years of experience in contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors
Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
Familiarity with Procure to Pay systems, such as Coupa
Basic knowledge of IT contracts, including Software License Agreements and SaaS Agreements
