Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Strategic Sourcing Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across key spend categories, leading negotiations, and managing supplier governance initiatives to drive value and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing events and negotiations for categories exceeding $25M in annual value
• Drive negotiation planning and stakeholder alignment for renewals and competitive events
• Build supplier relationships to optimize value and manage enterprise risk across the category portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, particularly in People/HR or technology categories
• Proven success in leading RFx processes and negotiations independently
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and supplier risk management
• Experience with sourcing and contract management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field
