Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

To support a hybrid work model, the full-time Strategic Sourcing Manager will deliver category management, strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management for IT and non-IT suppliers while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a spend category expert, maintaining knowledge of trends and key suppliers in assigned categories
• Implement comprehensive category plans, including supplier rationalization and cost savings strategies
• Design and lead strategic sourcing initiatives, executing projects to deliver cost savings and manage supplier relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in category management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Category knowledge in IT and non-IT areas
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, and third-party risk management, preferably in a financial services or technology environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and familiarity with applying AI solutions in sourcing and procurement
